1. 6/22/12 Workout.

    • 10 minutes of stationary stretching
    • 20 minutes of running at a moderate to fast pace (approximately two miles)
    • 15 minutes of stationary stretching
    • 12 minutes of moderate level yoga (this video: “Better Than P90X Yoga” by rippedbodyyoga on YouTube twice)
    • 50 curl-ups
    • 50 crunches
    • 50 modified push-ups
    • 50 four-point jumping jacks
    • 50 mountain climbers
    • 50 lunges

    Comments: Admittedly, I haven’t worked out in months, but today’s exercise boosted my spirits and invigorated me in my quest to becoming fit, healthy, and content! :) The run and the yoga were extremely difficult, but I pushed through the ninety-degree heat to accomplish something spectacular. P.S. Running in my new Nikes is absolutely spectacular.
